Roughles: Textured Pastel Nail Lacquer

Image for Roughles

This spring, let’s get ready to ROUGHLES!!

Our newest innovation yet – Roughles nail lacquers come in four fun springtime shades: purple (“I’m Stucco On You”), pink (“Rock the Look”), turquoise (“On What Grounds?”) and yellow (“Sand in My Shoe”). But these aren’t just any pastel polishes! Roughles go on like regular polish, but dry to a speckled, textured finish. We recommend you skip the top coat to keep your mani in its original matte state, but if gloss is the name of your game, feel free lay down a clear coat!

Suzi Weiss-Fischmann, our Executive VP & Artistic Director drew her inspiration for this capsule collection from Spring/Summer 2014 runway collections. Her trend-tipping nail intel has her forecasting “textured, matte nails are going to be one of the hottest looks this spring.”

“Wearing these feminine shades on fingers and toes is a refreshing take on this trend. Pair these lacquers with candy colored fabrics and flirty floral prints to really make a statement!” -- Thanks for the tip, Suzi!

Fun Summer Colors

On What Grounds reminds me of a swimming pool, and Sand in My Shoe reminds me of the beach. It'd be fun to mix and match them for the summer.

Really like these polishes

Discovered this due to ipsy!! Like the turquoise. I want all the colors now.

I just got the turquoise one.

I just got the turquoise one. It's not very attractive in real life.
